We received the first update at 7:30 this morning and the second one around 10:00 AM. The titanium mesh, which was a big source of concern, was found to be in good shape and therefore has allowed the surgeons to move onto other regions and further work.
They are currently working on the sinus structures. They have administered two units of blood for precautionary reasons. Things seem to be proceeding smoothly.
